Their family traditions of making home-made pasta, pizza, mozzarella and wine are delightful and a wonderful way to get an inside glimpse into this Southern Italian family's way of life. Join Antonio (who will be your translator) and Rosanna in the kitchen for your cooking lesson, and as the Italians say, "mettere le mani in pasta" - put your hands in the dough!
