You’ll prepare authentic green pasta from scratch using fresh spinach, just like in a Bolognese kitchen. You will learn how to roll the pasta by hand with a rolling pin and create your own homemade lasagna, layering it with creamy béchamel sauce and rich slow-cooked ragù. You’ll also discover the art of authentic Italian gelato, preparing fresh artisanal gelato and tasting different homemade flavors created during the class.
