Live a unique experience in an Ancient Villa, built in 1800, owned by my Family, immersed in the scent of citrus fruits and among centuries-old olive trees. In my cooking class you will be guided by a chef to prepare fresh pasta, tagliatelle and ravioli following the true Italian traditions and Tiramisù. After creating your dishes, we will enjoy together the fruit of our work, accompanying it with local specialties and some extras that will make the meal even more special. We will combine the experience with a tasting of extra virgin olive oil and a tasting guided by the Sommelier of a selection of local wines perfectly matched with the dishes cooked, to discover the authentic flavors of our land.
