Create homemade pasta with authentic techniques, discover our traditions and receive classic advice on our cuisine. You will learn how to do it yourself and easily replicate at home. At the end we will eat all together our fresh home made past with some local tuscan appetizers. If there are any intolerances of any kind or food preferences (e.g. vegetarian diet) please inform us.
