Cooking Class with Lidia YoungGrandma in Jewish area

Overview

This experience is truly special because it invites you to step into the heart and soul of authentic Roman cooking, lovingly passed down by real Roman young grandmother Lidia. Set in a unique, history-filled corner of vibrant Rome, this intimate class is limited to just 6 people, ensuring you receive personal guidance and a genuine connection. Together, we’ll roll up our sleeves and create fresh, handmade pasta from scratch, all while enjoying a traditional Roman aperitivo paired with exquisite Italian wines that will delight your senses. I’m genuinely excited to welcome you, share stories, laughter, and unforgettable flavors - and create memories that will stay with you long after the last bite. I can’t wait to meet you and cook together!
