I am a young entrepreneur running our family winery, set inside a charming monastery from the second half of the 1700s. Here, we carry on our project with passion and dedication to tradition, surrounded by an intimate, warm atmosphere that recalls ancient customs. Our tour is personally guided by us, the owners. It begins with an introduction to our history and philosophy, followed by a visit through the historic winery. At the end of the tour, you will enjoy a tasting of our wines paired with local specialties tailored to your visit time: light snacks for the morning tour, a light lunch for the midday session, or an aperitivo for the afternoon tour
