Afterwards, you will take part in a cooking class of Emilia to prepare tortelloni ricotta and spinach according to the real recipes of grandmother. We will conclude around the table with a home-cooked lunch: fresh pasta, local cheeses, honey, bread, Lambrusco, water and coffee.
