Barolo & Langhe Wine Tasting Tour from Turin

Overview

A private day through Piedmont's greatest wine country, guided by a certified wine educator. We begin at 9:00 over coffee at our Turin wine studio, then drive into the UNESCO-listed Roero hills. You'll walk among the vines to understand the terroir, step inside the cellar to learn about local winemaking, then settle in for a 5-wine tasting, including a remarkable Barolo, paired with local cheeses, cured meats and focaccia. Then we head to the Langhe, wander Barolo village, and stop for another glass of Barolo, before heading to a winery in Barbaresco. There we have our final tasting of 4 wines, including Barbaresco Riserva. Back in Turin by ~17:30. Half day (9:00–14:30): Roero winery, vineyard walk, Barolo town, 6 wines. Full day (9:00–17:30): all of the above plus Barbaresco, 10 wines. Private experience for your group only. Your guide drives you from Turin and back. Food included.
