Join us for a 360-degree dining experience that celebrates freshness and authenticity. The Tour: You will be guided through the stalls of the local Point of Sale. You will learn the art of selecting ingredients and we will choose together, carefully, the treasures of the season. It will be a sensory experience full of anecdotes. We're going back to the professional lab. and under the expert Guide of the Chef and professional chefs, you will transform the chosen products into a fantastic traditional Italian dish. The focus is on essential techniques for a perfect balance of flavors. It's more than a lesson: it's a complete immersion in Italian gastronomic culture: Live like a local for a morning. - For reasons of hygiene and safety of all, no baggage is allowed. All luggage will be left outside the laboratory, without responsibility on the part of the custody host
- All guests must reach and leave the meeting point independently
- Animals - it is forbidden to bring any kind of animal in the kitchen
- Baby sitting - it is not possible to bring infants into the kitchen
