It is not a simple course, but a real immersion in the Italian craft tradition. This activity is special because: You will be an active member of the Chef's brigade, working in a professional laboratory (Chef and the City) on your desks, in a dynamic and practical environment. The focus is on learning the techniques necessary to master the masterpieces of traditional Italian pastry (Canestrelli, Cantucci, Torta Caprese). The experience culminates in a moment of taste and conviviality at the table, where you can savor your creations, with wine included, and receive digital recipes. It is the unique combination of professionalism, intensive practice and joy of sharing that makes this lesson a gift for the senses and spirit.
