Then continue to a traditional Acetaia, stepping into an attic lined with wooden barrels, where cooked grape must slowly ages into precious Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. This family-run, behind-the-scenes experience offers rare insight into the craftsmanship and passion that define Modena’s food traditions. The experience takes place at two countryside locations.
